Cancelation & Refund Policy

Cancelation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by the Customer:

Refund Amount: Depending on when the cancellation occurs, the company might refund a portion of the payment.
More than 30 days before the travel date: Full refund (minus any processing or cancellation fees).
Between 15–30 days before the travel date: A partial refund (usually 50-75% of the total cost).
Less than 15 days before travel: Minimal to no refund.
Refund Process: Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to process after the cancellation request is made.

2. Cancellation by the Travel Company:

Full Refund: If the travel company cancels the trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., bad weather, natural disasters, or company issues), they usually offer a full refund.
Alternatives: Sometimes, companies offer alternate dates or destinations instead of a refund.

3. Refundable and Non-refundable Services:

Non-refundable Services: Some bookings, especially flights or hotel accommodations, may be non-refundable if booked at discounted rates.
Refundable Services: Certain services might allow for a full refund or part refund, depending on the terms of the agreement.

4. Force Majeure Situations:

If cancellations are due to events like natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc., companies often provide flexibility in the form of rescheduling, credits, or partial/full refunds.

5. Travel Insurance:

It’s often recommended to purchase travel insurance. This can help in case you need to cancel your trip due to illness, emergency, or other valid reasons.

6. Processing Fees:

Travel companies may deduct a processing fee or cancellation fee from the refund amount.

7. Cancellation Terms for Group Bookings:

Special terms may apply to group bookings, where cancellations may result in a higher penalty or specific notice periods to get a refund.
