1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Vista My Trip chatbot or website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Vista My Trip provides information, sales assistance, and booking support for travel packages. All bookings and payments are subject to availability and confirmation.
3. Cancellation by the Customer
- More than 30 days before travel date: Full refund (minus processing/cancellation fees).
- 15–30 days before travel date: 50–75% refund depending on the package.
- Less than 15 days before travel date: Minimal to no refund.
- Refund Process: Refunds take 7–10 business days after a cancellation request.
4. Cancellation by the Travel Company
- Full Refund: If Vista My Trip cancels due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, operational issues, etc.).
- Alternatives: We may offer alternate dates or packages.
5. Refundable & Non-Refundable Services
- Discounted flight/hotel bookings may be non-refundable.
- Refunds depend on supplier terms and conditions.
6. Force Majeure
In case of pandemics, government restrictions, or natural disasters, we may provide rescheduling, credits, or partial refunds.
7. Travel Insurance
We recommend customers purchase travel insurance for added protection.
8. Processing Fees
A processing or cancellation fee may be deducted from refunds.
9. Group Bookings
Special rules may apply (e.g., stricter cancellation deadlines, higher penalties).
10. Limitation of Liability
Vista My Trip acts as an intermediary. We are not liable for third-party errors, cancellations, or service failures.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
